1. Regional Sales Growth

• Identify and pursue new business prospects within assigned territories
• Create and execute sales plans to achieve or surpass regional targets
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders

2. Travel & Market Expansion

• Conduct regular field visits within assigned areas to meet potential and existing clients
• Participate in regional events, trade fairs, and industry gatherings to promote the brand
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks

3. Client Management

• Act as the main contact person for customers in the assigned region
• Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term relationship building

4. Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related course
• Sales experience is required; experience in field or travel-based roles is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently (local or international)
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of regional market behavior and customer trends
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or passport for business travel
