- Drive sales growth, maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma or at least College level in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years experience in sales, preferably in FMCG but not required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales management. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, frequent interactions with clients, and occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving abilities.
