A sales personnel is responsible for promoting and selling products or services, assisting customers, and helping achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs
• Present, explain, and recommend products or services
• Achieve daily or monthly sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain product displays and stock levels
• Build good relationships with customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management

Qualifications and Skills:

• preferably with experience in retail sales or customer service
• must be a graduate of 4-year related course
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or retail experience is an advantage

General Requirements:

• COE if previously employed
• Diploma
• TOR (Transcript of Records)
• NBI or Police Clearance
• At least 1 Valid ID
• Government Mandatories (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and TIN)
