Key Responsibilities

Conduct field sales activities to promote healthcare products and services

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals

Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand market reach

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of partners and clients

Attend meetings, product presentations, and industry-related events as needed

Qualifications:

At least 2–3 years of field sales experience in healthcare-related products or services

At least 1 year experience as a Medical Representative

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
