Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector (contractors, developers, consultants, suppliers).
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and site visits.
• Present and promote company products, materials, or services to potential customers.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate project requirements and timely delivery.
• Track sales activities, update customer records, and prepare basic sales reports.
• Support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend industry events, site meetings, and project briefings when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
