• Empathizes with customer concerns, feedback and suggestions
• Answers all customer inquiries and provides assistance as necessary
• Collaborates with store heads in satisfying customer needs and expectations

DISPLAY AND REPLENISHMENT

• Secures and helps maintain quality and accountability of items and stocks
• Ensures availability, assortment and proper display of items
• Rotates items to give a fresh look everyday

SECURITY AND HOUSEKEEPING

• Observes vigilance at assigned area to prevent probable losses
• Maintain cleanliness of selling area, fitting rooms and back office
• Identifies fixtures or areas which need repairs and reports to store manager for disposition
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
