Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish the technical needs of customers and recommend appropriate products
• Explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise
• Keep customers informed about new technological products and updates
• Compile proposals and reports related to technical products
• Ensure that sales targets are consistently met
• Report sales performance and updates to management
• Update records of customer communications and contact information
• Troubleshoot laptops, computers, and other devices or units from the store
• Provide technical briefings and maintenance guidance for all purchased units
• Oversee the installation of all included freebies and strictly comply with the "No Piracy Policy" by avoiding illegal software installations
• Travel to customer locations when necessary to inspect and repair equipment

Others:

• Ensures that all correspondence (e.g., letters, purchase orders) requiring the attention of the head office is properly emailed, and the original copy is sent to the concerned department head at the soonest possible time
• Follows the rules and regulations set by the HR, Accounting, and Purchasing Departments
• Attends training or re-orientation sessions when required, and informs the concerned person if work obligations prevent attendance
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
