  • Provide administrative support to executives and managers.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist in office management and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant office experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in multitasking, operations management, and strong work ethic.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations.
