営業コンサルタント

入社後の最初の配属ではITソリューション事業の営業職を経験していただきます。

その後は個人の実績に合わせて様々なポジションへ配属の可能性があります。


クライアント企業と求職者を繋ぐ人材コンサルティング営業

具体的には・・

IT系人材を必要としているクライアント企業と

活躍してほしいパートナー企業の架け橋となり

クライアント企業とIT系人材の最適なマッチングを手がける営業職です。


エンジニアとのコミュニケーションはパートナー企業が行うため、

クライアント企業とのやり取りがメイン。

提携しているパートナー企業数が多いため、

クライアントへ最適な人材を案内できるのも当社の強みです。


基本的にはメールでのコミュニケーション、商談はオンラインとなります。

※具体的な業務は配属先によって異なります。

Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·10:00-19:00·月給：280,000円以上（固定残業代含む） 固定残業代/月：66,160円以上/40時間 ※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過する場合は別途支給 賞与あり（成約ボーナス） 成約ボーナスとは、毎月の事業活動による成果を、年2回の賞与として支給しているものです。 （入社後20件成約達成後）
