Job description:

Key Responsibilities of a Site Officer:

  • Day-to-day operations of multiple siteManaging the site's daily activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Security:Maintaining the security of the premises, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring for unauthorized access, and responding to alarms.
  • Health and Safety:Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Coordination:Working with other staff members, contractors, and sometimes even external agencies like the police, to ensure the site operates effectively.
  • Distribution of Manpower per Business unit requestors.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of site activities, incidents, and maintenance work. Timekeeping, Extraction of Biometrics.
  • Implementation: of SOP Rules in the workplace.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of a specific location, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, and maintaining its safety and security.
