Facebook Ads Specialist (Remote – Full Time | EST Hours Required)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

Compensation: Based on experience

We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our fully remote marketing team. You must be driven, tech-savvy, and confident in creating results-driven ad campaigns that generate real leads and conversions. This is a performance-based position with long-term potential.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid Facebook ad campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and optimize for conversions and engagement
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative team to align ad strategy with business goals
• Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports
• Run A/B tests and manage budgets for different campaign types
• Work within and support GoHighLevel campaigns, automations, and workflows

Experience:

• Facebook ad management: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: Remote

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in social media platforms, strong content creation skills, and analytics.
• Working Conditions: Office-based with remote work flexibility; may require occasional overtime.
• Qualities and Traits: Creative, analytical, excellent communication skills, team player.
• Proven experience running paid Facebook ad campaigns
• Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager and audience targeting
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong asset
• If not familiar, you must be willing to learn quickly and apply it daily
• Excellent communication and time management
• Fast, reliable internet connection
• Must be proactive, organized, and results-driven
• Must be available full-time during Eastern Standard Time (10 AM – 7 PM EST)
• Willing to complete a trial assignment before hiring
