• Supervise and lead the day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper product display.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Provide consistent coaching, performance evaluation, and training to store staff to develop their competencies and ensure high-quality service.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operational hours.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
• Oversee store cleanliness, and overall presentation according to company guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with company financial procedures.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding promotions, logistics, and inventory concerns.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any Business-related course.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in retail operations.
