Responsibilities:

● Responsible for managing and executing CTA strategies (including but not limited to trend following, momentum, quantitative timing, cross-asset allocation, etc.).

● Integrate proprietary mature strategies into the fund platform and oversee portfolio-level management and optimization.

● Independently handle trade execution, risk control, and capital management for the strategies.

● Collaborate with quantitative research and technology teams to enhance strategy stability, execution efficiency, and capital utilization.

● Regularly analyze and review strategy performance, providing transparent reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related fields preferred.

● Minimum of 3 years of live-trading experience with CTA strategies; able to contribute mature strategies and maintain a Sharpe ratio > 3.

● Familiar with market structures of global futures, cryptocurrency derivatives, or other relevant trading instruments.

● Proven risk management framework capable of effectively controlling drawdowns and risk exposures.

● Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience managing strategy scale at tens of millions RMB or millions USD level.

● Experience in cross-market, cross-asset, and cross-cycle CTA strategy portfolios.

● Familiarity with automated trading and low-latency execution architectures.
