Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Organize daily workflow and ensure all staff clearly understand their assigned duties and delegated tasks.
Monitor staff productivity and performance levels.
Provide timely, constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team efficiency.
Ensure all operational tasks are executed productively and contribute to outlet profitability.
Support the smooth flow of outlet functions to meet daily business needs and customer expectations.
Deliver excellent sales service by engaging with customers professionally.
Understand customer inquiries and offer appropriate recommendations to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Stock handling & receiving. Responsible for unloading packages and verifying contents against delivery documents or PO numbers.
Ensure accurate documentation and proper handling of all received goods.
