Job Description
- Review project plans to coordinate and plan project activities.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs, system requirements, and resolve problems.
- Assist in the development of new and existing management information systems by implementing new IT procedures and software.
- Collaborate with the MIS Head to develop standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and update MIS projects, providing regular status reports to management.
- Document, track, and monitor work orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Work with the MIS team to prioritize tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in IT meetings and take minutes of the meeting
