• Assist in documenting and updating business processes across operations, IT, documentation, training, and other areas under the guidance of the Supervisor.
• Assist the Audit and Compliance team in ISO-related activities (e.g., documentation, compliance monitoring, process validation).
• Support data gathering and preparation of reports to be used in process reviews and root cause analysis.
• Participate in defining and documenting current business processes; assist in updating records for continual improvement.
• Help monitor and Maintain inventory of Support and Core Systems of the Company.
• Monitor incident and service desk tickets across departments to identify recurring issues, ensure process adherence, and support root cause analysis.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Skills/Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Basic Identification of Process Measurement - Willingness to develop and use process measurements and the organization’s use of measurement.
• Flowcharting - Knowledgeable in process creation thru visio, draw io. etc
• Willing to work in Binondo and work in a Hybrid setup.
