Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, and support recruitment initiatives.
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent across various departments.
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the candidate assessment process.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, candidate screening, and recruitment allocation; strong attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication; coaching abilities.
Working Conditions: Office-based role.
