- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to promote openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
