• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field
• With at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role
• Experience in corporate or structured sales environment is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts training sessions for new hires and existing agents, using varied methods (classroom, workshops, online).
• Works with Operations, Quality Assurance (QA), and HR to align training with business objectives and performance standards.
• Manages training schedules, logistics, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensures training content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and client-specific requirements
• Assists in creating training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules) and designing curricula for various skill levels.
