Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Sales and Promotion

  • Promotes and sells the company's products to customers in the assigned area, achieving the target sales quota within the prescribed marginal income (MI).
  • Coordinates with the plant and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Engages in active relationship-building with key industry influencers to strengthen brand loyalty and increase market penetration.

2. Strategy and Forecasting

  • Collaborates with the Sales Manager/Supervisor to prepare and implement sales strategies and budgets.
  • Prepares and submits monthly sales and collection forecasts.

3. Customer Management and Support

  • Discusses ongoing transactions and resolves collection issues with the immediate superior.
  • Leads the resolution of customer complaints by coordinating with Technical Services and/or Logistics as necessary.
  • Prepares and submits quotations based on customers' requirements, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitors and reports on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintains detailed records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions, and market insights.

5. Administrative Functions

  • Ensures expenses are maintained within reasonable limits, seeking approval for any expenses above PHP 5,000.
  • Adheres to company safety procedures and policies at all times.

6. Miscellaneous

  • Performs other sales-related duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Must be a graduate of any Engineering course
  • With sales experience
  • With experience related to renewable energy (solar, power systems, etc.)
  • Can communicate well


WORK ARRANGEMENTS


Shift: Monday - Friday (8 am to 5 pm)

Set-up: Field work
