Skill Allowance: Up to ₱3,500 (fixed, regardless of BPO experience)

Job Overview

We are hiring IT Service Desk / Auditing Support Specialists to join a growing campaign. This role is ideal for candidates with BPO experience and exposure to IT Service Desk support, looking for a stable, permanent onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT Service Desk support to users
• Handle auditing-related tasks following defined procedures
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams
• Ensure compliance with internal IT and audit standards

Qualifications

• 1–2 years BPO experience with IT Service Desk (ITSD) exposure is highly preferred

• Combination experience accepted:
• 6 months BPO + 6 months IT Service Desk = qualified
• Basic knowledge of IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting
• Willing to work onsite in CPT1
• Must be living within Metro Manila
• Amenable to onsite final interview
