Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: Atleast 1 yr (Telco / Retention / TSR)
• Skills and Competencies:Proficient in English, exceptional customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude
• Qualities and Traits:Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, good communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
