As a Customer Success/Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success with our products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers

- Monitor customer health and engagement
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success or technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
