The Telemarketer is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a positive attitude

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college level is an advantage)
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present, promote, and explain company products or services
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns professionally
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
• Accurately record call details and customer information in the system
• Follow call scripts and comply with company policies
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
