• CITI HRM CORP. is seeking a motivated and results-driven for Telesales: Commercial (ASUS Philippines) to join the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following up the business leads by phone & email.
• Monitor and track each step of the process to ensure that all internal and identified external timelines are met.
• Responsible for supporting product management team in line with sales and administrative tasks.
• Responsible for preparing and generating reports such as sales performance per product line, sales funnel, and other analogous reports.
• Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators related tasks are achieved and met.
• Performs duty for the team’s back up system.
• Performs other assigned duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in customer services and call center.
• Must have excellent writing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and has keen attention to detail.
• Must be organized, and a team player.
• Has experience in data management and data analytic software such as Google sheets and Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, Vlookup or Xlookup, Conditional formatting)
