Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years in a telesales or customer service role (Sales / Retention).
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer objections.
