SolarMagnets is hiring experienced Remote Solar Appointment Setters to cold call USA homeowners and book qualified residential solar appointments for our sales team.

Just ONE qualified appointment per day can get you to ₱25,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to USA homeowners

• Qualify prospects for solar eligibility

• Schedule confirmed solar appointments

• Update CRM accurately

• Handle objections professionally

• Meet daily call and booking targets

• Attend daily team meetings

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday

• 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Time

Compensation

• Commission per qualified appointment

• Weekly payouts

• Performance incentives

• No base salary (commission-only role)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months cold calling or appointment setting experience

• Prior USA homeowner campaign experience (Solar preferred)

• Strong English communication skills

• Stable internet connection

• Quiet home workspace

• Headset and computer setup
