Position Overview:

We are hiring a Senior TikTok Shop Manager with strong e-commerce experience to lead and scale our TikTok Shop operations as a key revenue channel. This role is responsible for driving 500–3,000+ monthly orders, optimizing the full e-commerce funnel, managing creators and affiliates, and executing high-performing organic and paid TikTok Shop strategies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, DTC growth, influencer marketing, and TikTok Shop monetization, with a proven ability to scale online sales.

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 40,000 (depending on experience) + Incentives

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - US business hours (preferred)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• TikTok Shop & E-commerce Growth

o Own the end-to-end TikTok Shop growth strategy aligned with overall e-commerce goals.

o Scale TikTok Shop into a consistent, high-volume sales channel.

o Optimize the full customer journey from product discovery to checkout.

o Identify winning SKUs, bundles, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.

• TikTok Shop Management & Optimization

o Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shops, including:

o Product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, creatives)

o Storefront optimization and campaign setup

o Inventory coordination and promotional planning

o Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop and e-commerce best practices.

• Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

o Research, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates.

o Build scalable affiliate systems to drive consistent sales.

o Oversee influencer outreach, negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting.

o Provide clear creative briefs and video ideation to maximize conversions.

• Content, Live Selling & Creative Strategy

o Drive organic growth through shoppable videos and creator content.

o Manage TikTok Live selling campaigns and creator-led live promotions.

o Collaborate with influencers to produce trend-driven, high-converting content.

• Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

o Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns focused on TikTok Shop sales.

o Manage budgets, creatives, audiences, and scaling strategies.

o Optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, AOV, and conversion rate.

• Analytics & Reporting

o Monitor e-commerce KPIs: orders, revenue, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and LTV.

o Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.

o Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on TikTok Shop and e-commerce trends.

Qualifications / Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of e-commerce experience (DTC or online retail).

• Proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shops.

• Demonstrated success scaling online stores and increasing monthly order volume.

• Strong understanding of:

o E-commerce funnels and conversion optimization

o Influencer and affiliate marketing

o TikTok Shop ads and performance marketing

• Experience working remotely with international or US-based brands.

• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

• TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) certification.

• Experience managing multi-channel e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).

• Familiarity with US TikTok Shop market and policies.

• Experience managing multiple brands or stores simultaneously.
