Description

  • Design and develop training programs and materials that are clear and address both company and employee needs.
  • Conduct engaging training workshops, both in-person and online.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training by assessing its impact and gathering participant feedback.
  • Work with HR to ensure the training aligns with company goals and employee development plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to keep training methods relevant.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience Level: Experience in training or a similar role required; experience in an educational setting is a plus
  • Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, patient, approachable, and committed to lifelong learning.
