- Maintain cleanliness, organize workspaces, operate machinery safely, and assist in facility upkeep.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on utility systems.
- Assist with the installation and upkeep of water, electricity, and gas lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in utility areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Job Title: Utility Worker
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, organization, and equipment operation. Strong physical ability is a must.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in various environments, indoors and outdoors, often requiring physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, ability to work in a team, and strong work ethic.
