ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for the hotel shuttle bus / limousine service and assists the valet parking service and to ensure the smooth traffic at the hotel driveway. Aids the bell attendant as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry outs Shuttle Van service as per instruction from the governing sections/department.

• Provide valet parking service for in house guests and outside patrons as needed / instructed.

• Ensures that the hotel shuttle van and limousine are always in clean and tidy condition to provide a comfortable environment for guests.

• Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of the hotel shuttle van and limousine to ensure that the vehicles are road worthy for hotel operations and are always in good condition.

• Assist guests in and out of the shuttle van / limousine and assist guests to carry their luggage/s.

• Ensures proper security, cleanliness and activities of the driveway and parking area.

• Alert the security or guest service manager whenever any irregularity is found in the driveway and parking area.

• Assist guests in and out of taxi and other vehicles and load / unload luggage from vehicles.

• Assist bell attendant to deliver internal and guests parcels (only as need / instructed).

• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• To maximize staff and maintain the delivery of high-quality services offered by the department, the designated chauffeur on duty will assume the position of Driveway Ambassador / Door Greeter whenever there are no arranged guest transportation services on the duration of his day’s roster

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in driving a company limousine or shuttle bus.

• People person and good team player

• Understands logistics operations and practices.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English.

• Holding valid driving license as according to the local code

• Displays a high commitment to delivering results.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

• Must have capability to conduct seminars/trainings

• Leads other to achieve business objectives.
