Position Title: Executive Assistant

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)

Shift: Night Shift

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative workflows.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

•  5+ years combined experience in Executive Assistance & Operations.
• MUST have healthcare experience (industry, accounts, or clients); experience as an EA or CSR in healthcare is also considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Project Management is a strong advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
• Comfortable working 100% onsite at PITX.
• Willing and able to work night shift.
