About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts. This role focuses on tracking ad spend, maintaining clean marketing data, and ensuring marketing tasks are completed accurately. It’s ideal for someone interested in marketing operations and paid ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile ad spend from Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok

• Match ad reports and receipts with transactions using Concur

• Flag discrepancies and support accurate marketing reporting

• Review and audit marketing tasks in Monday.com

• Assist with basic marketing reports and data tracking as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers

• Interest in marketing, paid ads, and data tracking

• Experience with (or willingness to learn) Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Concur, and Monday.com
