Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Assist with table setting and clearing.
  • Handle payments and process transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet special requests.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong customer service skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant setting, standing for long periods, and working evenings/weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
