A waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant, café, or dining establishment by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to management
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage
• Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods
• Willing to be assigned in Makati or Paranaque
• With NBI or Police Clearance
• Barangay Clearance
• At least 1 valid ID
