Job Training
- Warmly greet, seat, and assist customers with menu inquiries and suggestions.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, inputting them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle transactions, process payments (cash/card), and provide correct change.
- Address customer complaints or special requests professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Upsell or suggest additional items to enhance the customer's experience.
Qualifications:
- Willing to Assign in Cafe France Restaurants
- With or Without Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome
