Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations for pet products. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and packing orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and properly store incoming pet product deliveries
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on issued documents
• Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with delivery schedules
• Ensure proper handling and storage of pet products to maintain quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring
• Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Follow company safety and warehouse procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent
• With experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift warehouse items
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
