Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree holder

• With at least 3-5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor.

• With atleast 1-2 years of experience in Team lead or supervisory

• Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna

• Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and performance is monitored.

• Coordinate all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping) logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.

• Enforce strict safety standards (like OSHA), security protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.

• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

• Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
