Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, updating, and maintaining websites
• Support basic front-end development and coding tasks
• Create and update visual assets using design tools
• Collaborate with team members on web and design-related projects
• Ensure quality, consistency, and functionality across digital outputs
• Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Information Technology or any related courses
• Exposure to common coding languages such as JavaScript and C++
• Experience in building websites (academic, freelance, or professional)
• Familiarity with website builders such as Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow is an advantage
• Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Design- and creativity-oriented with an eye for visual detail
• Able to work in a quiet, conducive work-from-home environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Work Setup

• Work-from-home (WFH) initially
• Hybrid setup once office operations are fully established
• Onsite presence may be required during the initial onboarding week

• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Personal computer or laptop, with readiness to upgrade to a dual-monitor setup upon start
