职责

- 理解端到端业务流程。

- 参与业务需求分析，包括范围界定、需求探索会议和工作量估算。
- 设计并实施中小型Workday增强功能。
- 创建并维护项目文档，包括问题根本原因与解决方案或技术设计。
- 根据需要向管理层汇报并升级。
- 通过参加培训研讨会、阅读专业出版物、建立个人网络、对标最先进实践以及参与专业协会，保持专业与技术知识的持续更新。
