2. Manage advertising placements across major media platforms such as Baidu, Byte, and UC, analyze user demographics, and formulate corresponding advertising strategies;

3. Control advertising content creativity and placement strategies, optimize account operations, and regularly summarize the performance of creative materials;

4. Responsible for channel ROI, focusing on incremental growth, monitoring and analyzing account data, and continuously optimizing costs;

5. Analyze competitors' market placement strategies and stay informed about industry trends and traffic patterns;

6. Collaborate with internal product and operations departments to enhance business conversion rates.

1. Over 3 years of experience in advertising placement on Baidu/ByteDance/Tencent/UC information flow;

2. Proficient in the advertising placement rules and operational processes of mainstream information flow platforms;

3. Strong data analysis, logical thinking, resource integration, and insight skills;

4. Strong learning ability, positive work attitude, and a high sense of responsibility;

5. Bachelor's degree or above;

6. Experience in the financial industry is preferred;
