Description
1. Engage in the maintenance of game merchants, assist in signing contracts after accessing game products, technical docking and after-sales service, etc.;
2. Be familiar with following up on the attributes of merchants and the tendency of game products, and be familiar with all the game products of the company;
3. Communicate with merchants, grasp customer needs in a timely manner, and understand customer status;
4. Regularly analyze and organize merchant files, provide merchant volume analysis data, and assist merchants in increasing volume as a work principle;
5. Accept merchant complaints, properly solve problems, and submit related projects for optimization;
6. Coordinate the work of various departments and provide merchants with complete after-sales service.
Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in business management and service, good Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
2. More than 2 years of working experience in the game industry, knowledge of game products, or experience as a relevant account manager is preferred;
3. Outgoing personality, strong communication and language skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills;
4. Good customer service awareness and good teamwork spirit;
5. Good data analysis skills and familiarity with various office software.
