1. Work closely with the business team to explore business opportunities through data analysis, mining, and visualization, while contributing unique insights into the business.

2. Based on the management needs of the company, utilize BI tools to collect and summarize various management requirements, conduct data analysis, and create visual dashboards that effectively highlight business metrics.

3. Organize and review business data reports, monitor related core data, and identify and analyze anomalies within the data.

4. Drive the operationalization of data within the company through data empowerment, while exploring opportunities for data productization to enhance the value of data in the business.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in the Web3 industry or cryptocurrency field, with a deep understanding of the Web3 market and a high sensitivity and comprehension of trends, hot topics, and popular content.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields, with over three years of experience in data analysis/business analysis in the internet sector.

3. Strong business acumen, with some experience in data analysis, mining, and modeling. Familiarity with common internet product analysis and user analysis methodologies, as well as experience with data mining algorithms, is preferred.

4. Proficient in Excel/SQL data analysis tools.

5. Familiar with one or more BI analysis tools: Power BI/Tableau/FineReport/Volcano Engine or other visualization statistical analysis tools.

6. Familiarity with Python is preferred.

7. Patient and detail-oriented, with strong self-motivation and resilience under pressure, integrity, and strong cross-team collaboration abilities.
