Description
Marketplace Management & Growth
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand.com.
- Upload and maintain SKUs, optimize listing titles, images, descriptions, and keywords for search visibility.
- Monitor store health metrics (chat response rate, product rating, seller rating, fulfillment rate).
Promotional Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute campaign calendars (double digit days, mega sales, payday deals, exclusive brand campaigns).
- Work with platform category managers to secure visibility spots, vouchers, or cross-sell bundles.
- Strategize pricing, bundling, gifting, and stock availability to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
Customer Journey Optimization
- Track and improve key conversion steps: product page visits, add-to-cart, and checkout.
- Monitor customer reviews and Q&A; escalate service issues and improve product satisfaction.
- Design pre-purchase and post-purchase touchpoints (e.g., packaging messages, freebies, warranty).
Sales & Performance Analytics
- Analyze SKU performance, category contribution, customer behavior, and platform campaigns.
- Generate reports with actionable recommendations for assortment improvement and sales push.
- Coordinate with inventory and fulfilment teams to ensure readiness during campaign periods.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in e-commerce strategies, sales and marketing methodologies, business intelligence tools, branding techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and enhance brand presence.
