Job Description
Description
- Join our team to manage large–scale event projects for Singapore. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of government events, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Overseeing event logistics, scheduling, and setup, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
- Tracking event progress, identifying risks, and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collecting post-event feedback to evaluate the event’s success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or project management, preferably in government or large-scale corporate settings.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring smooth event execution.
