Job Description
- Oversee the accounting department's daily operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Supervise the month-end closing process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate tax reporting and audits.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial reporting, audit, and reconciliations
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of accounting software and bank services
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
