Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

2. Required language(s): Mandarin, English

3. Must be able to speak MANDARIN (Chinese) to ensure smooth communication with end-user support.

4. Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company.

5. Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill


Responsibility

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access

2. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

3. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer

4. Create/Update support ticket in Support Management System

5. Follow-up and update customer status on raised ticket

6. Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

7. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
