Position: Channel Sales Manager – IoT & Mission Critical Communications (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Our solutions combine GPS Fleet Management, IoT connectivity, and Mission Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT) radios, enabling seamless communication and tracking for enterprises, governments, and security sectors across more than 100 countries.
We are expanding our operations in Malaysia and are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to grow and support our reseller and distributor network across both Fleet Management and MCPTT communication solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, self-motivated professional from the IT/ICT, telecommunications, or IoT industry to take ownership of channel sales and make a measurable impact in a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to expand Tramigo’s presence in Malaysia across both Fleet Management and MCPTT product lines.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Provide partners with training, sales tools, and marketing support to enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Track and report on channel sales performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams on joint marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Negotiate channel agreements while ensuring compliance with Tramigo’s pricing and partnership policies.
- Represent Tramigo at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
- Background in IT/ICT, telecommunications, IoT, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience with fleet management, GPS tracking, or radio communication systems is an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, build partnerships, and drive results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn new technologies.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel for partner visits and events.
Additional Assets:
- Familiarity with GPS Tracking systems and/or MCPTT radio communications.
- Experience dealing with enterprise, government, or public safety clients.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia’s B2B and channel sales landscape.
