• To execute business plan, strategies and promotional activities.
• To manage authorized company's retailers by organizing sales visit within Penang, Alor Star, Ipoh and number of point of sales.
• Meeting retailers in person, pitching products & services and promoting the company's offerings/marketing program face-to-face.
• Responsible for carrying and meeting sales targets in addition to managing the number of point of sales, which means they are tasked with achieving specific sales goals or quotas through their direct interactions with retailers.
• Persuasively promoting the company's products/offerings to meet or exceed the set sales targets.
• Maintains relationships with retailers by providing support, information, and guidance for company's products.
• Territory management - POS expansion all Regions
• Promoting company's transactional offers.
• Supporting authorized retailers with product knowledge and training.
• Driving sell-out and ensuring offer attractiveness in the channel

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales / Channel or Distribution Sales / Key Account
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin
• Able to work with different levels of stakeholders

Product range : Electrical Switches, Sockets, etc

Working time : Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexible working hours)

Does not require to report to office every day
