Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Proper Accounts documents in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Support Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable/ Operation team for daily operation tasks on payment process & Invoices billing
- Bank reconciliation
- Inventory Control & monitoring
- Handling in Administrative task, Maintaining Department Filing System
- Sorting Email, Customer collection arrangement
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Fresh Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years working experience in Accounts / Finance
- Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment follow-up is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
- Able to handle data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
Personal Attributes:
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and well-organised
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Team player with a positive working attitude
- Able to start work within short notice is preferred
