Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
  • Assist customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and product information
  • Provide professional and friendly customer support
  • Follow up on customer issues and ensure proper resolution
  • Coordinate with retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams regarding customer orders
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Update customer order status and tracking information when needed
  • Maintain proper communication records and reports
  • Support daily customer service and operational tasks assigned by management


Job Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality
  • Basic computer and social media knowledge
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
