Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
- Assist customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and product information
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure proper resolution
- Coordinate with retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams regarding customer orders
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Update customer order status and tracking information when needed
- Maintain proper communication records and reports
- Support daily customer service and operational tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
